CHUCKY (s2) | SYFY/USA

SCHOOL OF THE INCARNATE LORD

Season two of Chucky sees the kids being carted off to a Catholic Boarding School where they are followed by who else but the killer doll himself.
The School of the Incarnate Lord is an imposing 19th century American Gothic Revival building, that just so happens to mirror the colours of Chucky’s famous outfit.

There were many details and set pieces to consider, but the lion’s share of my time was devoted to the stained glass windows which dot the place. One of the hallmarks of the recent Chucky series has been an eerie glow, so that was something that needed to come through the. We printed direct to cathedral glass and a leading base was provided to the scenics out of thin styrene. I worked closely with the set designer to fit all panes. The details were designed and drawn by me and the vignettes were sourced from archives.

Chucky’s Cabin

Items found in a cabin abandoned since the mid-70’s, taken over by a gang of roving Chuckies.
